New in Temp Mail Mate: Android App, Compose, Forwarding and Smart Codes
We’ve been busy. Temp Mail Mate has grown from a simple disposable inbox into a full privacy toolkit — on the web and now on Android. Here’s everything that’s new.
The Temp Mail Mate Android app
Get a temporary email in one tap from your home screen. The app has the same live inbox as the website, plus a clean app-style design with Email, Inbox, Compose and Premium tabs, an unread-mail badge and dark mode by default.
Smart verification codes
When an email contains a verification code, Temp Mail Mate detects it and shows a Copy code button — in the inbox list and inside the message. Confirmation links get an Open link button. No more hunting through long emails. Learn more in how to receive verification codes.
Alerts that find you
Turn on desktop and phone alerts and you’ll see a notification the moment new mail arrives. When the app is open, a neat banner slides in with the sender and subject.
Forwarding to your real inbox
Logged-in users can forward new mail from their saved temp addresses to a confirmed personal address. Your temp address stays private, senders never see your real email, and you can pause or remove forwarding any time.
Compose and reply
Need to answer a message? Reply directly from your saved temporary address, or compose a new email. Replies go back to your temp inbox, keeping your real identity hidden. To protect everyone from spam, sending is limited per day and available to verified accounts.
Expiry countdown
The home screen now shows exactly how long your current address will last, so you’re never surprised when it expires.
