Subscription & Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This policy explains how Temp Mail Mate Premium subscriptions, free trials, cancellations and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Premium plans

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. The current prices are shown on the Premium page before you pay. Premium includes no ads, attachment downloads, premium domains, custom domains, unlimited address history and unlimited favourite messages.

2. Free trial

• New subscribers may get a 3-day free trial (one trial per person).
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and the first payment is taken.
• You can cancel during the trial at no cost.

3. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Yearly subscribers receive a reminder before renewal. We will notify you of any price change before it applies, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. How to cancel

• Website purchases: go to Account → Billing and cancel your subscription, or email support@tempmailmate.com.
• Google Play purchases: open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Temp Mail Mate → Cancel.

After cancelling, Premium remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play first.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under the French Consumer Code (articles L221-18 and following), consumers have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from a subscription without giving a reason.

• Because Premium starts immediately, we ask you at checkout to request that the service starts during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw within 14 days, you will be refunded minus an amount proportionate to the time you used Premium (article L221-25).
• To withdraw, send a clear statement (for example: “I withdraw from my Temp Mail Mate Premium subscription purchased on [date]”) to support@tempmailmate.com from your account email address.
• We refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the payment method you used.

6. Other refunds

• After the 14-day withdrawal period, payments for the current billing period are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments.
• If Premium does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund under the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.
• If we permanently discontinue Premium, we refund the unused part of your prepaid period.
• Google Play purchases are refunded through Google Play according to Google’s refund policy; we can also help you request one.

7. Contact
