Delete your account

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, password and avatar
• Your saved temporary addresses and address history
• Your favourite (saved) messages and their attachments
• Your custom domains and forwarding settings
• Your subscription — cancel any paid subscription first so you are not charged again

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices for paid subscriptions) are kept only for the legally required period. Messages sent to temporary addresses are deleted automatically within 24 hours, whether or not you have an account.

How to delete your account

1. Log in to your account (on the website or in the app).
2. Open Menu → Account settings, or come back to this page.
3. Enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.

Can't log in? Email support@tempmailmate.com from the address you registered with and we will delete your account within 30 days.
