Welcome to TempMailMate.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a provider of temporary, disposable email services and premium subscriptions (“TEMPMAILMATE”). By using our website, mobile apps (Android and iOS), or premium services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Use of Services

• TEMPMAILMATE provides temporary, secure, anonymous, and disposable email addresses.

• The free service allows you to receive emails and attachments, generate new email addresses, copy emails to the clipboard or via QR code, and delete email addresses.

• Premium subscriptions unlock additional features, including multiple mailboxes, extended email storage, premium domains, ad-free browsing, and priority support.

Important: TEMPMAILMATE is not intended for sensitive or confidential communications. Emails are temporary and may be deleted automatically.

2. Free vs Premium Services

Free Version

• Access to free domains.

• Temporary email addresses are valid for 1–2 hours.

• Emails may be viewed by anyone who has the address.

• Emails may be automatically deleted after expiration.

Premium Version (Web Only)

• Access to multiple mailboxes (up to 10).

• Premium domains maintained and checked daily.

• Extended email storage up to 1 month.

• Full ownership and privacy of your email addresses.

• Ad-free experience.

• Priority customer support.

3. Subscription Terms

• Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe or PayPal through the Paddle.com platform.

• Pricing:

  • Monthly: $10 USD

  • Yearly: $60 USD (50% discount)

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can cancel or turn off auto-renewal via your account profile. Access to premium features will continue until the subscription expiration date.

• TEMPMAILMATE reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Changes will apply only to renewals after notification.

4. Limitations and Warranties

• TEMPMAILMATE is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, email storage beyond the stated period, or availability of specific domains or addresses.

• Free and Premium services are temporary and disposable; they are not full-featured email software.

5. User Responsibilities

By using TEMPMAILMATE, you agree to:

• Not use the service for illegal purposes.

• Not send sensitive or confidential information via TEMPMAILMATE.

• Only access TEMPMAILMATE data through our website or official apps.

• Accept that emails may be publicly viewable if someone has your temporary address.

You cannot send emails using TEMPMAILMATE, only receive.

6. Payment and Billing

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal.

• TEMPMAILMATE does not store full payment details.

• Subscription auto-renewal can be managed through your account profile.

7. Third-Party Services and Advertising

• TEMPMAILMATE uses third-party services for ads and monetization, including Google AdSense and AdMob.

• We also use analytics and tracking services such as Firebase Analytics and AppsFlyer.

• Third-party providers access data only to provide services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEMPMAILMATE, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or your email content.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of TEMPMAILMATE constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
